Distribution - 15,000 copies of the Spring Showcase magazine will be printed and distributed to all of this year’s entered homes, plus they will be placed in the community at over 80 locations to include all major real estate offices, lending institutions, supermarkets and sponsoring businesses.
Event Promotion - The Las Cruces Home Builders Association will place a broad level of pre-event media to create maximum traffic to the homes on the two Spring Showcase weekends. Traditionally the event has over 8,000 people travel through the homes on display. The pre-event media includes television, cable, radio, billboards and print advertising. In addition, a map of the Spring Showcase of Homes, and builder and sponsor recognition will be inserted into one of the local newspapers just prior to the first weekend.
